We accept returns on most items within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging, including tags, manuals, accessories, and any included promotional items.
A valid proof of purchase must accompany the return (e.g., receipt, order confirmation email).
Items marked as final sale, custom-made, downloadable, or perishable are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions and, if eligible, a prepaid return label.
Returns made to store credit are free of charge.
For returns to the original payment method, a $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund total (unless otherwise specified).
We accept returns from customers worldwide. However, international returns are subject to the following conditions:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and vary depending on location.
Duties, customs fees, and taxes imposed by your local authority are non-refundable and will not be covered by Sole District.
All international returns must be initiated through www.soledistrict.shop and must include a valid tracking number once shipped.
Once your return is received and inspected:
A refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
Please allow additional time for your financial institution to reflect the refund in your account, as processing times may vary.
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you wish to exchange an item:
Return the original item following the steps above.
Place a new order for the desired item.
This method ensures the quickest turnaround and the best chance of securing your preferred item.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

We will offer a full refund, exchange, or replacement at no extra cost to you, depending on product availability.
If you received a gift and would like to return it:
We will issue the refund as store credit (e-gift card).

Orders can only be canceled prior to shipment. If your order has already been processed or shipped, you must follow the standard return process once it arrives.
